## About the role

As a Deliverability Consultant, you are considered a subject matter expert internally and externally. Your main focus will be helping guide our clients to sending success by interpreting deliverability-related data (bounce logs, engagement recency, SNDS, GPT, etc) on behalf of the client and providing meaningful, prescriptive, actionable guidance by way of reports, business reviews, and regular client meetings.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role
- Familiarity with MTA service providers (Sparkpost, SendGrid, PMTA, etc)
- Expertise in the intricacies of sending to top-level ISPs and MBPs (Microsoft, Gmail, VMG)
- Experience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions a plus
- Strong understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, ARC, BIMI, etc), SMTP protocol, and industry best practices
- Direct experience onboarding new clients (including IP and domain warmups)
