## About the role

We’re looking for a Business Systems Engineer (GTM) to help own the systems at the top of our GTM funnel. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Marketing Operations on lead-to-opportunity processes, campaign attribution, and pipeline data quality. This is a team-based role. You’ll contribute across shared priorities rather than own a single functional area, with additional regular work spanning Salesforce CPQ, core platform development, and Revenue Cloud Automation. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with demonstrated strength across the core Salesforce platform
- Experience with Marketing Operations, including lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, lead scoring and routing, or marketing automation platform integrations such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot
- Solid understanding of lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management processes and how they connect to forecasting and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including products, pricing, discounts, quote templates, and approvals
- Experience with Revenue Cloud Automation and production support, including triaging complex cross-system issues and implementing durable fixes
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines for Salesforce, such as Gearset, Copado, Flosum, or native Salesforce DevOps tooling
