## What they're looking for

- 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or an HR service center, ideally supporting a multi-country workforce
- Experience working a ticket queue in ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or a similar tool, and managing to SLAs
- Working knowledge of HR fundamentals (common policies, leave types, employment verifications, onboarding and offboarding steps), awareness that requirements vary by country, and sound judgment about when to escalate
- Workday HCM experience executing lifecycle transactions, with a high bar for data accuracy
- Clear written communication: you can turn a policy into a short, useful answer and set expectations when a request needs more time
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones, with flexibility to adjust hours periodically to support EMEA and APAC coverage
