## About the role

The SaaS Specialist team makes sure customers get real, lasting value out of the CoreWeave SaaS platform — not just at kickoff, but as they scale. You'll work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, and you'll spend real time hands-on with customers: in workshops, in their architecture reviews, and in their toughest integration problems.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, field engineering, or similar)
- Comfortable in Python and confident writing and reading code with customers watching
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform
- Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), comfortable across more than one is even better
- Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments day to day
- Strong communicator — you can explain a technical idea clearly to an engineer and just as clearly to a customer executive
