## What they're looking for

- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent field experience
- 4+ years of construction field experience, including 2+ years in an assistant superintendent or superintendent-track role
- Direct experience on mission-critical or data center construction projects
- Working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning sequences (Level 3–5), and data center quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work areas or trade packages
- Proficiency with standard PC and business communication tools, including scheduling/project management software
