## About the role

The Data Center Design team is the technical engineering team responsible for the architectural and infrastructure design standards across CoreWeave's global portfolio, ensuring facilities are highly scalable, efficient, and optimized to support next-generation, high-density compute workloads. The team governs the entire design lifecycle from early-stage site feasibility through final technology fit-out, establishing the foundation for seamless construction and long-term operational success.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Network, Low Voltage/Cabling, or related field)
- 7+ years of experience in data center design, mission-critical infrastructure engineering, or white space design leadership
- Direct experience with data center white space infrastructure systems, including PDUs, RPPs, busways, branch circuits, hot aisle containment systems, remote CDUs, fan walls, and high-density cooling strategies
- Experience working as a consulting engineer, design consultant, or owner’s representative overseeing third-party design consultants
- Documented knowledge of low-voltage infrastructure systems, including structured cabling, ladder rack, cable tray systems, overhead conveyance, and network pathway coordination
- Documentation & Review: Experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and design change documentation
