## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in sales development or business development, including at least 2 years in a management or team lead role
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation quotas in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expert-level knowledge of common sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on empathy, data-driven feedback, and performance management
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to rally a team towards ambitious goals
- Starting Salary Range: $175,000 – $210,000
