## About the role

Lead recruiting across various roles in a high-growth startup by running scalable operational processes, including scheduling, metrics, and pipeline management. Be the partner to Hiring Managers for identifying ideal candidate profiles for different roles, and source challenging-to-fill positions.

## What they're looking for

- 2-5 YOE recruiting in a high-growth company, across a diverse breadth of roles (beyond engineering or GTM)
- Demonstrated ability for running repeatable processes and systems for recruiting, including using ATS, AI e.g. for sourcing or responses, and other software tools
- Demonstrated ability to source and run outreach campaigns (at least with napkin numbers and metrics), across different levels of experiences and backgrounds, including non-conventional methods
- Strong hands-on experience with recruiting operations, including scheduling, pipeline tracking, and offer generation (bonus if with a lightweight ATS)
- Ability to develop hiring criteria based on a strong set of recruiting values, while also creating a positive candidate experience
