## What they're looking for

- 5+ YOE in web app development, CS degree or equivalent working experience
- Substantial experience with backend and database technologies such as NodeJS, Python, Postgres, or AWS for cloud infrastructure
- Substantial experience with JavaScript languages and frameworks such as TypeScript and React
- Experience owning feature development for a software product with outstanding UX
- Experience shipping at a fast-growing startup or on a small fast-moving team
- Experience working on modern supply chain software , e.g. ERP, WMS, TMS systems, or modern shipping and freight forwarding platforms
