## About the role

Lead the product strategy, technical design, and end-to-end lifecycle management for our core enterprise AI platform, driving adoption from sandbox to production across multiple business units. Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Serve as the central technical bridge across enterprise architecture, engineering, security, and governance teams to translate complex technical discussions into epics, stories, and executable engineering work.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 7+ years of combined deep technical experience spanning Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research, with a proven track record of shipping platform-level products
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, proven ability to influence executive leadership and deeply technical engineering teams without direct authority
- Demonstrated familiarity with enterprise AI tools and modern ecosystems (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI concepts, and Vector DBs)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training infrastructure (Kubernetes, Slurm, GPU/TPU orchestration)
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, Jira backlog management, and coordinating dependencies across multiple engineering teams and boards
