- What credentials do you need? (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or commensurate professional experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, or equivalent experience as a Tech Lead / Software Engineer / Data Lead performing TPM responsibilities
- Strong practical understanding of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and relational database concepts (SQL)
- Demonstrated experience managing Jira backlogs, sprint cycles, and roadmap delivery within Agile/Lean engineering environments
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships and articulate technical decisions to business partners
