## What they're looking for

- Variance Analysis: Perform monthly headcount variance analyses at the granular position level, delivering insight into hiring trends and timing
- Proactive Governance: Monitor backfill timing, open role aging, and alignment against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to identify capacity risks and flag overhiring before it impacts financial metrics
- AOP & Rolling Forecasts: Partner with functional business leaders across G&A and R&D to build, refine, and support annual operating plans and rolling financial forecasts
- System SME: Manage day-to-day administration of the Pigment platform for the FP&A team, including user access management, model enhancements, and data refreshes
- Maintenance & Optimization: Update platform structures on quarterly and annual cadences to support budgeting and forecasting cycles, while continuously driving process automation and data efficiency
- Executive & Board Materials: Support the preparation of monthly management reports, board decks, and Private Equity sponsor reporting packages
