## What they're looking for

- Build and lead digital policy communications strategies and rapid-response campaigns that support Coupang’s corporate communications, public policy, and business objectives for US and Washington, DC audiences
- Oversee Coupang’s policy and US corporate digital assets, including the corporate website, newsroom and social media channels
- Direct paid media strategies and targeted advocacy campaigns to amplify key policy messaging and strengthen brand reputation
- Partner closely with Public Policy, Communications, Legal, Government Affairs, and business teams to identify, frame, and communicate priority issues
- Translate complex policy topics into compelling, high-impact digital content for external stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify risk and mitigate problems before they occur, protecting corporate reputation and brand
