- Create and evolve compelling narratives that articulate Coupang's positions on complex policy, economic, regulatory, and industry issues in support of the company's public affairs and advocacy efforts
- Develop high-quality opinion pieces, speeches, talking points, briefing materials, policy statements, congressional engagement materials, media content, and executive communications
- Serve as a senior member of the Global Public Affairs team, identifying opportunities to shape policy conversations and strengthen Coupang's external voice
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Washington policy, political, and media landscape, including emerging issues relevant to Coupang's business
- Monitor legislative, regulatory, and public policy developments to identify communications opportunities and potential risks
- Position Coupang executives as thought leaders through persuasive, audience-focused communications and strategic storytelling
