## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, management consulting, business operations, or related analytical roles
