- Lead the Engineering design and build-out of Coupang’s enterprise directory services and identity platform modernization
- Design, build, and operate large-scale Active Directory environments spanning multiple domains and geographies
- Drive improvements in reliability, resiliency, security, and operational excellence across identity infrastructure
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and platform teams to develop the next generation of IAM capabilities
- Engineer solutions that strengthen authentication, directory services, access management, and identity lifecycle processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex directory service, authentication, and integration issues as the highest level of technical escalation
