## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in a customer-facing implementation, project management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role at a SaaS company
- A track record of independently owning complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations involving multiple client stakeholders and technical workstreams
- Strong technical fluency — you can hold your own on API integrations, data mapping, system architecture, and configuration logic with client engineering teams. Coding isn't required, but technical depth is essential
- Excellent project management skills — you keep competing priorities moving across a portfolio of active engagements
- High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and empathy, with the ability to build trust with executive and technical stakeholders alike
- A proven ability to work with senior client executives on high-stakes, time-sensitive issues
