## About the role

We are hiring an Associate to work directly with the investment team across the full lifecycle of a deal — from the first cold outreach to a founder, through diligence and the investment committee, into portfolio support and follow-on decisions. This is a hands-on seat within a small team. You will own workstreams, not slides. You will be in front of founders immediately, and your name will be on the thinking that comes out of this firm.
