## What they're looking for

- Strategize and ideate social media content plans for Cove's Bali properties, adapting brand direction into content that resonates locally — in close collaboration with the HQ Marketing and Regional Online Marketing teams
- Plan and lead marketing photo/video shoots — coordinating vendors, talent, locations, and timelines
- Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to drive brand awareness and quality lead generation
- Design and execute offline marketing activations suited to the Bali market: brand partnerships, community collaborations, and agent partnership programs to build awareness and generate quality leads
- Support and help run extended marketing programs (Coveuphoria, Bali Media Gathering, Bali market research initiatives, and similar)
- Apply a hospitality-first marketing mindset — ensuring every activation, shoot, and content piece reflects Cove's service and brand standards
