## About the role

As Vice President of Population Health, you will lead and scale Covera’s Protect Seniors program, a core pillar of the company’s AI-driven quality platform. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Operations - owning the performance and growth of a proven population health model while serving as the primary relationship owner for our health plan and PCP partners.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years healthcare experience, with some combination of healthtech start-up, consulting and/or enterprise healthcare (payor, provider) background
- Deep Medicare Advantage experience, including strong understanding of value-based care and risk sharing arrangements between payors and providers
- Proven track record collaborating with payors, providers, or both on high-priority, high-visibility initiatives
- Background in customer success, account management, or population health operations - with a track record of retaining and growing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across teams at all levels of an organization, aligning resources and work efforts with business goals
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics simply and clearly
