## About the role

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.

## What they're looking for

- Merchandising : Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed
- Customer Service : With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
- Maintenance + Inventory : Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
- Communication : Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork
- Client Obsessed: Demonstrates a deep commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs and preferences, consistently showing eagerness and patience in all client interactions
- Effective Communicator : Demonstrates exceptional communication skills across interpersonal, verbal, and written formats to ensure clear, accurate, and positive interactions
