## About the role

We are seeking a Manager / Director of Core Operations to own the operating infrastructure that keeps our care delivery engine running. As enrollment volume and billed activity grow, the systems, processes, and models behind them have to grow too. This is the person who builds and owns that backbone.

## What they're looking for

- A strong history of achievement (top schools, top companies, high impact projects)
- 4 to 8+ years of total experience, with a strong preference for a consulting background plus time in an operations, or finance-operations function at a high-growth healthcare or vertical SaaS company
- A track record of building or meaningfully scaling operational infrastructure — systems, processes, and models — not just operating within someone else’s
- Strong analytical horsepower: you reason from the numbers, build models others can use, and translate ambiguity into structured frameworks
- Hands-on fluency building capacity models, reconciliations, and operational dashboards, comfort with the systems and tooling that run an ops function
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make a complex system legible to a cross-functional team
