## About the role

We're hiring our first dedicated talent hire. You'll own recruiting end-to-end across the entire company — clinical (Care Navigators), commercial, engineering/data, and operations. You'll work directly with the founders to build the team that scales Craniometrix, and your compensation will be directly tied to the hires you close. This is not a coordinator role. You'll source, screen, sell, and close.
