Join our innovative Analytics team and help enable a world-class Marketing organization. As a Staff Marketing Data Analyst, you will serve as the dedicated analytics partner to Marketing, using data, measurement, and experimentation to improve customer acquisition, marketing efficiency, and business growth.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a related quantitative field, with demonstrated ownership of complex analytical work
- Master's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or a similar analytical programming language
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of marketing data, measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis, with demonstrated ability to independently translate insights into business action
- Experience with paid media and acquisition channels, including channel performance metrics and measurement approaches
