## About the role

This is an opportunity to join the CRH Ventures team, which is part of the Strategy, Innovation and Ventures (SIV) group at CRH. As the Corporate Venture Capital arm of CRH, the Ventures team is responsible for connecting CRH with external innovation, start-ups, investors, and entrepreneurs. The goal is to stay ahead of disruptive technologies and business models while creating long-term value for the company through investments and partnerships.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, corporate venture capital (CVC), or venture capital, or an equivalent analytical role
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, build landscape analyses, and synthesize complex information into clear, decision-ready outputs
