## What they're looking for

- Transform with AI: Scale commercialization model to support Product and Engineering teams that are shipping more than ever. Rethink systems and remove bottlenecks all while still enabling the field for success
- Experience: 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies. Preferably companies in the data or security space
- Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence diverse personalities and present to C-level stakeholders
- GTM Expertise: Experience bridging functions in bringing products successfully to GTM organizations, knowing what issues to anticipate and areas to watch
- IT and Security Market Knowledge: Familiar with products, pricing structure, and capabilities of products in the IT and Security data space
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Leverage functional empathy to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, understand diverse perspectives, and align on shared objectives to achieve results
