## About the role

The People Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day People Operations function at Critical Loop and help create a smooth, consistent employee experience across the organization. Reporting to the People & Talent Lead, this role will support benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HR systems, compliance, and general employee support. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role
- Working knowledge of core HR processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, employee records, and general HR administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working directly with employees at all levels
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate or ask for guidance
