Hosting great events are a critical way we bring on new clients and retain existing clients at Crosby. Our customers are very busy people: CROs, GCs, and CFOs at the fastest growing AI startups and Fortune 500 companies. ## What they're looking for

- 2-6 years of experience in world class hospitality, whether in the hospitality industry or field marketing
- Creative host: you can dream up and pull off experiences that people genuinely want to attend, from compelling activations at major industry conferences to intimate dinners
- Exceptional taste and a clear point of view: compelling examples of high end events you have helped run, and the ability to explain why one creative choice is better than anotehr for the company’s business goals
- Detail oriented execution machine: you know all the hard work that goes into taking an event from a B+ to an A+ and put the time and effort in to polish the finest details
- Equally comfortable dreaming up a new concept, sweating the details, and getting in the weeds to make it happen. Excitement about travel and working in a fast-paced startup environment is important
