## About the role

We're looking for a People Programs Specialist to support the build-out of Crusoe's core talent programs - job architecture, performance management, and the systems that run them. Most of this work is in progress rather than established, so the role is closer to construction than maintenance. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
