## About the role

As Senior Manager, Utility Contracts, you will sit within the Energy Development Group (EDG) and own the full lifecycle of Crusoe's utility infrastructure agreements: negotiating new agreements and amendments with serving utilities, and managing the obligations under executed agreements across our data center portfolio. You will be the person who knows every deadline, every deliverable, and every counterparty commitment.
