## About the role

The FP&A Analyst reports to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how a capital-intensive, fast-growing infrastructure business operates and to build core FP&A skills from the ground floor of a newly formed company. You will support recurring financial processes, build and maintain models, and contribute to reporting that informs executive decision-making.

## What they're looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, formulas, and data manipulation, experience with pivot tables, lookups, and building clean, auditable workbooks
- Bonus points for experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Bonus points for industry experience in technology, data center infrastructure, cloud, or energy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
