## About the role

You own the technology, data, and process backbone of the People function as the company scales from startup to enterprise. Architect and build the core HR stack — HRIS as the system of record, ATS and recruiting operations, and the platforms supporting compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and equity administration — building integrations and workflows that hold up under rapid headcount growth.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years experience in HR and Talent operations and systems at a leading, talent-dense, operationally rigorous company
- Implemented a modern HR tech stack and operated in a lean, AI-enabled environment
- Hands-on experience leading high visibility projects and programs in compensation, benefits, performance, L&D, recruiting and employee engagement
- Hardware, infrastructure or data center industry experience
- Experience in both start up and scaled enterprises
- HRBP, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations experience
