## About the role

You will build the financing model to support massive AI infrastructure builds - developing innovative strategies to access cost-effective capital and continuously optimizing the balance sheet to maximize value. Reporting to the CFO, raise multi-billion dollar financings across multiple instrument types, manage banking and debt investor relationships, drive the financial execution of public equity market transactions, and evaluate opportunistic M&A.

## What they're looking for

- 6–10+ years of relevant experience, which may include starting with 3–6 years at a top-tier investment bank or private equity/private credit fund
- Prior in-house experience in a Capital Markets, Corporate Development, or Strategic Finance role at a high-growth, capital-intensive company
- Direct track record of closing complex debt facilities (structured credit, asset-based lending, or high-yield) and equity offerings ($1B+ transaction sizes)
- Hardware, infrastructure or data center industry experience
- Experience in both start up and scaled enterprises
