## About the role

Cultivating reliable systems is at the core of how Culture Amp builds a better world of work. As our Business Systems Lead (Quote-to-Cash), you will be the dedicated, hands-on owner of our core revenue systems, accountable for the integrity, scalability, and continued evolution of the entire Q2C lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Solutions Architect, Lead Business Systems Analyst, or similar senior systems role — preferably in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment with subscription revenue
- Deep, hands-on expertise across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including the specific stakeholder needs and design trade-offs that exist within it (Deal Desk, Finance, P&P, Legal)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development
- Direct experience implementing or operating DealHub CPQ and DocuSign CLM (or comparable enterprise CPQ/CLM tools) in a subscription-management context
- The ability to balance speed with long-term scalability — you can ship a workable solution under pressure and still hold the line on the design choices that matter
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions and trade-offs to non-technical colleagues and earn their trust as a thought partner
