- Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling comprehensive 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs that measurably drive net-new ARR and customer expansion in the SaaS/B2B technology space
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on demand generation, enterprise campaigns, or vertical marketing
- 3+ years of dedicated Account-Based Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- A sophisticated global mindset with the ability to navigate cross-cultural nuances, manage international stakeholder relationships, and localize broad strategies effectively
- Analytical capabilities, experience translating complex datasets from tools like Looker and Salesforce into executive-ready reports and actionable program iterations
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to present strategy, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with senior leadership
