## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field preferred
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer owing features from design, to delivery, to continued iteration
- Professional experience with React - components, hooks, state management, and performance
- Python backend experience, ideally with async frameworks (FastAPI, Starlette)
- Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases - you know when to reach for DynamoDB vs Postgres, and how to model around access patterns
- Comfort with asynchronous workflows - background jobs, retries, idempotency, and eventual consistency
