## About the role

The Implementation Coordinator will manage multiple concurrent projects and will work with a number of resources, both internal and external. From the initiation of a client implementation through to completion, the Implementation Coordinator will be responsible to complete a new client.

## What they're looking for

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in Project/Implementation Management, specifically leading change related to enterprise software solutions
- An understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to the dental or medical professions
- Experience with software in a SaaS environment is an asset
- Experience with JIRA, Netsuite, Windows (XP or higher) and Mac OS (10.4 or higher) is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondence
