## About the role

This role supports payments leadership across two brands: Curve Pay, part of Curve Dental, and FlexPayments, part of Flex Dental. We're hiring a Payments Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of that business — the person who keeps performance visible, keeps priorities moving, and keeps the machine running day to day.

## What they're looking for

- • 4+ years in business operations, revenue operations, strategy & operations, or program management — ideally supporting or within a payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS business
- • Demonstrated ability to build reporting and dashboard infrastructure from scratch and turn data into action, not just visibility
- • A track record of driving initiatives to completion across teams you don't manage
- • Strong organizational instincts and comfort with ambiguity — you build structure where none exists rather than waiting for it
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, credible with both executives and frontline teams
- • Have supported or helped launch a new product or offering from planning through go-to-market
