At Cyberhaven, we are building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise protecting organizations as work shifts from people alone to a mix of humans and AI agents. To help lead that shift, we seek AI-native thinkers who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in Marketing Operations with progressive responsibility, including people management
- Experience building infrastructure in an early-stage or rapidly evolving environment
- Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption within a marketing or RevOps org, with a clear point of view on where AI meaningfully helps, and where it shouldn't be applied
- Demonstrated experience designing attribution models and account-based strategies, not just reporting on them, hands-on experience with Demandbase preferred
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable systems from the ground up
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to drive complex projects from idea to execution
