## What they're looking for

- 10+ years leading web strategy, growth, and CRO for an enterprise B2B company, ideally in cybersecurity or another technical, sales-assisted category
- Deep, hands-on CRO expertise — testing programs, personalization, funnel diagnosis — with real, attributable results you can show
- Experience building or running a visitor identification and retargeting motion, including first-party data and consent-based approaches as third-party cookies decline
