## About the role

Cyera is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing to support and scale our marketing organization driving program and project management for Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Strategic Events, and other marketing functions. You’ll partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every major initiative, from product launches to campaigns to events, run on time and in service of our broader marketing and organizational goals.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in program management for a marketing team, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proven experience project or program managing high-priority initiatives in a very fast-paced environment, with a track record of hitting deadlines under shifting priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute shared initiatives
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities
- Comfortable working with project management tools (e.g., Asana) to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
