## About the role

The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
- CPA (active or in process) is required
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including equity accounting (ASC 718)
- Demonstrated experience in a public company environment, including SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or comparable), advanced Excel skills required. Experience with automation or close management tools is a plus
- Experience with equity administration platforms (Certent/Equity Edge, Fidelity, or comparable) preferred
