## About the role

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated expertise in guide RNA (gRNA), oligonucleotide synthesis, mRNA technologies, nucleic acid therapeutics, molecular biology, and related scientific applications
- Experience supporting custom manufacturing, analytical testing, GMP services, process development, quality, or related scientific functions
- Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements, develop scientific recommendations, and translate complex scientific concepts into customer-focused technical solutions
- Strong customer-facing, consultative, presentation, and scientific communication skills with experience supporting Business Development and Commercial organizations
- Knowledge of clinical development, CMC, GMP, and regulatory requirements supporting nucleic acid therapeutics preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex customer engagements while collaborating across Product Management, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial organizations
