## About the role

We're looking for our first Go-to-Market & Business Recruiter to build the commercial organization that will bring Cylake's products to market and into customer environments. As one of the earliest members of the People team, you'll partner directly with our founders and business leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Operations, Finance, and other critical business functions.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in venture-backed startups or other high-growth technology companies
- A strong track record of hiring high-performing Go-to-Market talent, particularly in Sales and Customer Success
- Exceptional sourcing skills and a passion for proactively finding and engaging passive candidates
- Strong business judgment and the ability to influence hiring managers and leaders through thoughtful partnership
- Experience building recruiting processes and infrastructure—not simply executing existing ones
- A high degree of ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and accountability
