## About the role

The Director of Investments plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis (“CF”) Foundation, helping to steward and grow the financial resources that fund lifesaving research, drug development, and care for people living with cystic fibrosis. The Director of Investments supports the oversight and management of the CF Foundation’s $5 billion investment portfolio.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 10 years of investment-related experience, allocator-side experience (endowment, foundation, pension, OCIO) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree or CFA designation preferred
- Demonstrated success developing and leveraging an extensive professional network to source differentiated investment opportunities
- Ability to establish, manage, and strengthen key relationships and prospective partnerships
- Substantive experience conducting investment due diligence on investment funds, co-investments, and direct investments
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more asset classes and the ability to evaluate investment opportunities across a diversified portfolio
