## About the role

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be at the heart of our mission to integrate AI into the processes and workflows serving DailyPay. Situated directly within DailyPay's Engineering organization, you will empower other departments to create AI-based solutions and act as their premier "go-to" technical leader.

## What they're looking for

- Software Engineering Foundation: 3+ years of professional software development experience, featuring strong proficiency in Go or JavaScript (ideally both) and standard engineering practices (version control, testing)
- Platform Communications: Experienced in working with APIs and MCPs of typical company platforms like Jira, Github, or Salesforce
- Consultative Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex machine learning and engineering concepts into plain, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders
- Business Acumen & Problem Solving: Proven track record of analyzing business operations, formulating technical requirements from vague problems, and prioritizing solutions based on ROI
