## About the role

The Director - Business Development & Partnerships - Healthcare will be responsible for accelerating growth across DailyPay's healthcare portfolio. This leadership role will report to and partner closely with DailyPay's Senior Director of Vertical Strategy to expand DailyPay's footprint across Hospitals, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Home Care.

- Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the healthcare landscape — including Hospitals, Senior Living, SNFs, and Home Care — and the unique workforce and operational challenges across each care setting
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or vertical strategy specifically within the healthcare industry
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities, particularly in a player/coach capacity working alongside a field sales team
- Stakeholder Engagement: The ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across highly matrixed healthcare organizations
- Strategic Mindset: Experience charting multi-year growth strategies and executing against them in a complex, regulated industry environment
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, MBA or MHA preferred
