## About the role

DailyPay is seeking a forward-thinking, organized, and enthusiastic Implementation Manager to join our rapidly growing company in NYC. This individual will be a pivotal member of our Implementation team, leading the deployment of our SaaS solution for our Small to Enterprise sized accounts. This person will lead the technical integration between third party vendors and DailyPay. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in Implementation of SaaS solutions
- Experience working with demanding, high-stakes accounts, managing operational and C-level stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day needs to manage these relationships
- Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT
