## About the role

Dandy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Finance Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our core finance systems. The initial focus of this role will be on our NetSuite environment, with the scope expanding over time to encompass additional systems supporting the Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report processes.

## What they're looking for

- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience managing or leading projects within finance systems, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Hands-on NetSuite Experience: Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, administration, and ideally, a working understanding of SuiteScript and integrations
- Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. You are comfortable working with technical resources
- Experience Building & Scaling Systems: You have experience in implementing new finance systems or significantly scaling existing ones to support growing business needs
- Strategic Thinking & Execution: You can define a long-term vision for finance systems while also implementing the tactical changes needed to make that vision a reality. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on involvement
- Process-Oriented & Detail-Oriented: You’re experienced at designing and implementing processes that drive rigor, consistency, and efficiency across finance workflows. You thrive in environments where systems are optimized for high performance and scalability
