## About the role

The Product Line Sales & Training Specialist (STS) owns the clinical conversion of expansion opportunities within Dandy's existing customer base. Working alongside our PL BDR team, you will serve as the trusted clinical expert who takes a qualified practice from interest through first product line order and early adoption.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital dental workflows specific to Product Line, or related clinical specialty
- Deep technical expertise in product line
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, clinical advising, or practice development
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a pipeline of post-meeting/training opportunities
- Ability to communicate clinical and business value clearly to practice owners and clinical staff
- Certified Orthodontist with experience Treatment Planning
